设备简介Chapter I Brief Introduction to Equipment                   

本设备采用常压等离子处理技术。是用于表面清洗,活化,涂层的创新技术。

The equipment uses the atmospheric pressure plasma processing technology, which is an innovative technology used for surface cleaning, activation and coating. 

1.1基本理论概念 

Basic theoretical concept 

1.1.1等离子态

Plasma state 

物质接受了能量,会发生从固态到液态,再从液态到气态的聚集态变化。很强能量激励到气体分子,会发生电离,并转变为另一种气体聚集状态,即等离子态。当高能的等离子轰击到其它物质表面时,会发生化学及物理性的反应作用,产生了一些有利的功能性应用。

After receiving energy, the substance will have the aggregation state changes from solid state to liquid state and then from liquid state to gaseous state. The gas molecules will be ionized after incited by strong energy and changed into another gas aggregation state, namely, plasma state. The high-energy plasma bombarding to the surface of other substances will cause physical and chemical reaction effect, resulting in some favorable functional applications. 

1.1.2表面预处理

等离子体对材料表面处理,基本有以下几大功效:

The surface treatment of plasma on other materials has basically the following major effects: 

活化: 大幅提高表面的浸润性能,形成活性的表面

Activation: substantially increase the surface soakage and form active surface 

清洁: 去除灰尘和油污,精细清洗和去静电 

Cleaning: remove dirt and oil, finely clean and remove static electricity 

涂层:  通过表面涂层处理提供功能性的表面 

Coating: provide functional surface by surface coating

3.1主机前面板和主机后面板

3.1.1输出控制按钮 Output control button

在外部控制信号断开的前提下,按下输出控制按钮,可启动等离子输出。

Press the output control button to start the plasma output with the external control signal disconnected.

3.1.2 LCD显示 LCD view

该液晶显示屏可以多重显示本机的工作时的综合信息内容,显示工作模式、工作功率、参数 、各项状态、各种设置、报警信息等等。

The LCD display screen can multiply display the comprehensive information content of the machine in operating and display operating mode, operating power, parameters, various states, various setting, alarm information, etc.

The panel control and remote control of host machine can be realized; the manual control or automated online control mode can also be realized.

模拟量或脉码方式实现“速度 Vs 功率”跟踪控制要求;

Analog quantity or pulse code mode achieves “speed Vs power” tracking control requirements; 

等离子的处理能量强度(亦即输出功率)可以随受处理材料的移动速度(工厂流水线的传动速度)线性跟踪调节。进而达到均匀一致的处理效果。

Plasma treatment energy intensity (namely, output power) can be tracked and adjusted linearly with the movement speed of treated materials (transmission speed of factory assembly line), thus achieving a uniform and consistent treatment effect. 

多种喷射枪嘴选用。可适合多种的处理应用场合。

A variety of spray gun nozzles are for selection. The equipment is suitable for a variety of treatment application occasions. 

先进的远程控制

可通过RS485方式远程,也可根据客户要求定制。

如气源气压超出1Mpa(10Kg),需要外部加设限压阀。

In case that the gas source pressure exceeds 1Mpa (10Kg), the pressure limiting valve is required externally. 

输入管口径:Φ8mm

Input tube caliber: Φ8mm

气源可使用普通空气。特别工艺技术要求时,可应用氮气或其它特定的气体。

The normal air can be used as the gas source. Nitrogen or other specific gases can be use as required by special technology. 

要求必须是无油无水气源。

The oil-free and anhydrous gas resource is required.
